hello,
does anyone know how to create a vector based file from a hiddenline-rendering in autocad? i know how to output renderings in .bmps or .jpgs, but i want to get a file which can be edited like any other rendering in autocad, for example cut lines or stretch areas.

greetings, aragus

Are your hidden lines created with the solprof etc commands ?
Are your lines in paper or model space ?
Or are you referring to the filled shaded colour on the object ?

try "flatten", it will make a 2d, hidden-line version of the drawing that will still be editable.
