Hidden motion envelopes

Hi,

I have an assembly with NX and JT parts. I ran a kinematik analysis on it and got satisfactory results. When I tried to get the motion envelopes, I cannot see the envelopes of some parts which happen to be JT files. I tried loading exact parts and do envelopes again, but no success.

At end of envelope creation i get the messahe that 24 parts were selected,8 are static/hidden, rest created.

Any help is appreciated

My colleague from another dept. told me that I must select the 3D components/parts(while dressing up the skeleton) as links with filter "component" on, and do same while selecting the parts for motion envelope.

It solved my problem.
Just posted it for future reference in case any noob like me needs it.
