hidden line creation

Is there away to specify the length and spaces in a hidden line or create your own?

Hi,
Yes it is. You can edit file MM.LIN or INCH.LIN. Path to this file you can see in Tools-Options-File locations-Drawing Support-LineStyle file. For example: in C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\DraftSight\yyyy\Linestyles.

Changing the linetype scale won't get you what you need?

"Dashed" lines and "hidden" lines are both broken lines, but have a different ratio of segment length vs. gap.
