To my knowledge, there are no code provisions relative to the topic of the loss of bond between concrete and rebar due to jackhammer vibration.
I can tell you that our construction specifications require chipping hammers of a 15 lb class or smaller when removing material within 1 foot of the limits of the concrete removal. I assume that's based on some research on the subject, but I don't know what research, specifically.
