Hi!

May anyone help me out with how to add internal lining thickness of the pipes during the Stress analysis in caesar software?

Normally any internal material is ignored in stress and pressure containment

I forgot to ask what sort of "lining"?

But even if it is metal press fit, it is normally so thin it doesn't add anything to the results and complicates life unnecessarily

Agree with LittleInch. Liners are neglected in terms of structural use but added as dead weight. In CAESAR II, you can add it as a refractory with custom density and thickness.
