Could some one please tell me the Hertz Contact Stress formula for two curved surfaces. Thanks

There are many variants of this problem and formulae are quite complex.
You should consult a book: Roark's Formulas for Stress and Strain treats this argument.

These formula are used consistantly in gearing
and bearing applications. I do agree that Roarks
is the best source for formula, but offers little
for the application. You might want to check out
the work of Stribeck or Palmgren in bearing applications
for starters. Or check the Rating of Gears by the
AGMA standards. Be aware of the difference between
line and point contact and convex verses concave
surfaces for plus and minus radii to be used.
