Hello everyone.
I have very little experience with pipping and I need some input. I have 12 rows of 12 tanks equaling 144 tanks. The water is stagnate and I need to continuously filter out the water. I cannot cut into the tanks so i have to go over the top into the tanks (for both suction and discharge). The tanks are 6ft high by 5x5ft (1200gals). I want to run 12 tanks off one pump and one filter. So i'll have 12 pumps and 12 filters. The problem I think i will run into is uneven amount suction flow to discharge flow causing a tank to overflow if i run off one manifold. The tanks are side by side in a straight line and the pump/filter will be on ground level. The furthers tank from the pump would be 60feet away. I really don't know how to go about this. Any recommendations would be great.
THANKS!!

Materials on hand: 144 Tanks; 12x12 rows
12 Pumps (2HP, Variable speed)
12 CS filters (pool/spa)
2" PVC piping

Plumb each tank with a siphon to the next in line. Pump from one end of a line of 12 tanks and return to the opposite end. You will need a fitting on the top of each siphon "U" to attach a suction pump to initially fill the line (evacuate the air), and you should expect to lose siphon from time to time, as dissolved air seperates in the siphon tubes. Clear pipe/tubing at the top of the U-loops could help you see when this is happening, or about to.

These pumps will be running pretty much 24/7 and if one tank would lose siphon wouldn't the tanks behind overflow?

I think in order to simplify the process greatly, you will need to install equalizer pipes between the tanks. to avoid siphon, that will require cutting.

Yeah the company I'm with dropped a lot of money on these tanks and would prefer not to cut them. They may be needed for future testing.
