Help with API 653 Tank Foundation Settlement assessment

Does anyone have or know of good software (free for trial) or even excel sheets for completing an analysis of Tank foundation settlement. I have tried myself and I am not happy with how my curve fitting is going (optimum cosine curve, Appendix B).
