Our company currently has an order to supply a control panel to operate two electric valves on a filter system. The process logic is controlled by the Allen-Bradley Pico GFX programmable relay. The company that built the panel for us, initially thought they could program it for us, but when they got to the graphic screen they gave up. Nobody there wants to contact A-B for technical support due to difficulty getting answers on past projects. So, now I have a panel, with all the necessary A-B software and cables, but no one to program it (and my customer needs it right away).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated (just don't tell me to buy another processor).

Well you have two options: Read the manuals and learn how to program it your self or contract someone to do it for you.
