Hi to all,

I have 2 solaris servers (1 intel and 1 sparc), hmmm, would it possible that 1 sparc server can receive incoming mails 1st before it could "pass thru"(?) or "relay"(?) to the incoming mail to intel sparc server in a same domain? I've already implemented the SMRT hosting (intel server) to the sparc server in the sendmail.cf, can you give me steps or tek-tips on how to receive all our incoming mails to the sparc b4 it goes to intel. I've already read (from post) about MASQUERADING, creating the sendmail.cw but I'm still confuse, would it solve my problemm if I use these method? As of now I added (w/backups) the sendmail.cf to the DM (who i masquerade....) the host name of the sparc server and refresh may sendmail services. I tried it to see the activity thru (#tail -f /var/log/syslog) command and unfortunately it is still goes thru the intel first then relays it to the sparc and goes back to the intel solaris (r u still with me?),,, so hoping you can help me out on problem, it is greatly appreciated the guru's of sendmail to share some advice, thanks!

Have yuo tried to post this question on Tek-Tips. They have fora specifically for email.
