Help! Shear centre of assymetrical chanel

Hi guys,
I am currently trying to find the shear centre of a chanel, however i am getting stuck i have worked out the principal axis, moments of inertia, centroid location ect but i cant find a formula that is applicable for shear centre of this chanel, any help is much appreciated!

can you calculate the shear flows due to a shear load applied along the web ? (review Bruhn A14.8)
