What kind of plastic?

"There is a plastic casing an a wire wrapped comming inside of the casing. "

Maybe a picture would help, as that description just doesn't work for me.

"Any idea or where does it can came, Wire wrap, plastic case.... "

Ok, please translate that into English? :) Again, a picture would help.

And you might get more help on plastics...in a plastics material forum?

It could be a cheap-arse mold release agent. I've seen companies use FISH OIL in molds to save money, often with hysterical results. Soap, vegetable oil, CRISCO...

Another possibility, post production. It could be a lube used on a secondary assembly machine or process.

Failing that, maybe one of your operators has greasy hands.
