Help on non-universal contactor naming

Could someone tell me:
1. What is that contactor symbol? closest I found is a mechanically interlocked relay.
2. What that naming, SHJ, imply? Is it an abbreviation of a certain language? The following rungs also contain ambiguous contact name; Specifically, HBJ, TBJ, TWJ, STJ, and HWJ.
3. What are those resistors for? If those are resistor in the first place. And why isn't it combined? since it is series anyway.

This image is a part, or rung, of a medium voltage circuit breaker control and protect circuit.
Any helps appreciated, Thanks!!!

A little context would help.
Sure... This is the complete circuit

Precedingly, I did not include it since I do not demand full explanation. Honestly, I could somehow eyeball what each rung do. But on second thought, context might help.
Other than contactor naming, those resistor pairs and diode pairs (are they flyback? the polarity seems unfit) are confusing as well. Thanks!!!
