Help needed to fine tune the journal file

Hi,

NX8.5.3

Need help with the attached journal file.. Iam trying to find from the solid all the B-surfaces and change the color of faces to yellow. It works fine if I run this on a solid I know is having B surfaces.. But errors out when I run on solid which does not have any B surface.. I would like to prompt the user that " No B-Surfaces found.."

How can this be done.. Please feel free to make the edits to the journal..

The journal you posted will error when run on any file other than the one that was the work part when the journal was recorded. The journal recorder records the specific faces that were selected in the journal. To make the journal generic (one that will work with any given file), you'll need to remove the 'selection stickiness'.
