Help material added in teamcenter

Need help
I have added help material in teamcenter BOM
in part list
But when I am opening the assembly in nx
If I run the part list that help material is not visible.
Is it possible to show the help material in nx?
Or I need to convert that material as s simple material

Looks like a Teamcenter setting.
But what do you mean with "HelpMaterial" what item type are you talking about?
