Help in determining the constellation type!!!

I have this question:
The SATCON GmbH(Germany) has a LEO satellite constellation called LEO SAT Courier. This constellation includes 72 satellites, in 8 circular orbits with 800km altitude, the orbit inclination of these orbits is 76 degree. So I want to know, LEO SAT Courier is a near-polar constellation or inclined Walker constellation?
