Can anyone identify this IC? Preferably with a datasheet?

Numbering: MEM551C
Form factor: TO-5? w/8 leads
Pins 8,6,4, and 2 are common
Pins 1 and 7 appear to be inputs.
Pin 5 looks like the output.
