Help Heat Exchanger Correlation

Hi All,

I have one question for you concerning Wang correlation for a heat exchanger.

The correlation is expressed as function of the Dh (hydraulic diameter) computed as 4*Ac*L/Ao

My question is: having a finned tube heat exchanger with staggered configuration, how can I compute the parameters in the formula above? It is a bit confusing in the Wang Paper (2000)
