I just want to asking about my car header configuration :
KIA Sportage 4 cycl 2000 cc DOHC, Torque peak powerin 4000 rpm, HP peak power in 5500 rpm.
my car already use cone filter Yakuza, fuel pressure regulator, ECU remapping, also MSD PN6211 Dis 2.
What is the best config for my car 4-2-1 or 4-1 and what is the positif and negatif each configuration...

NB : my car machine almost the same aspek with mazda mx6

If 4-1 the best can you tell me the pipe size and length for the primary and the collector size and length and the last pipe (1) size and length until muffler.
Also for 4-2-1 the primary pipe size and length (4) and secondary pipe (2) size and length also the last (1) size and length until muffler

They know everything about the FE3 Mazda motor in your Sportage. This is the 16v 2.0 in the Mazda F series of motors....the American 88-92 MX6 had the F2 and F2turbo...which were 12v / 2.2. Euro and Japanese MX6 got the FE3 but with stronger internals than the KIA verison and of course a different cam that isnt truck biased

if you want bang for the buck, scrap the na header and make it turbo. the 3-5 hp increase will not satify you for long. sure its a little bit of money up front but you will never want to go back to na power or the lack of. if you already have invested in carbs/mani etc.etc. then i would sugest at least a 42.7mm id or 45mm for the primaries that go into a 55mm or 60mm mainpipe. for racing go with 50mm primaries
4-1. as far as length, just make sure they are all the same length, you dont want two cylinders of exhaust entering the colector at the same time. plus and even more important than anything you still will have that restrictive cat, so in my opinion go and get a REAL high flow cat from random technology or another real company replace your oem cat first. that is if it is broken/malfunctioning, because it is illegal to replace a functioning cat. just my two sents from a laymen.
