Are there any IEC standards for relay protection configuration?I want to check whether it is right or not in my engineering design for the protection of generator and transformer?
Thanks a lot!

Not that I'm aware of. Certainly most power Companies have their own standards, and there are regional and national standards. You might get more help by posting a single line diagram and the basic electrical parameters of your system.

If your question is about level of protection to be provided based on the rating of transformer / generator, IEEE Buff book could be a good reference.
I haven't come across any such reference in IEC.

I suggest to read old protection books:
1) Protective Relays Their Theory and Practice - volume one - A.R. van C. Warrington - table 9.1 - pag. 367
2) Protection Techniques in Electrical Energy Systems - Helmut Unbgrad & others - table 8.2 - pag. 229
