Help.. ôThink & Do Studioö Installation CD damaged.

I was wondering if anyone still has their installation CD for “Think & Do Studio Ver 7.3” My hard drive crashed and when I went to reinstall “Think & D0”, I found that the CD had a huge scratch across it and it won’t load. I have contacted Automation Direct, Phoenix Contact and Entivity to see if they would let me either download another copy, or let me buy a replacement CD, but they want me to buy a complete package. I have my “hardware key”, as well as all of the serial numbers etc, and can’t really afford to replace everything. We use a 205 on a test stand in our shop, and I am beyond being desperate to change the program. (the test stand has been down for a week, and I cannot get it running again until I get the program) Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the CD ?

I believe you may have already been in contact with your sales rep on this issue, but we just wanted to offer an explanation on behalf of Phoenix Contact. Think & Do contains Microsoft Visio. Because of the licensing fees for Visio, we cannot offer a free replacement CD. However, rather than repurchasing the entire package, we can offer you the ESS-BASIC service package, which costs about $199. With this service package, you can order a replacement CD. The service package also includes business hour phone support.
