I want to use the python script (generateEventSeries.py) to convert the G-Code data into Abaqus input files for additive manufacturing. Where can I find this file?

It should be available in the Knowledge Base article "Abaqus/CAE Plug-in Utility for Additive Manufacturing Process Simulation" but most likely it requires customer account.

Since the AM plug-in is now built into Abaqus, it seems that DS removed the possibility to download it with other files from their websites and left only the workshop files attached to that KB article. But you may still find this script on 3DSwym.
