Helix 2

I am using SW2006 SP4.1. Cannot get HELIX to work. I start with a circle then Insert, Curve, Helix/Spiral, but then my skicks out and goes to re-boot.
Is this the correct sequence?

Yes, reboot is part of the sequence SW uses to create helix's. Make an enhancement request to remove reboot out of that sequence if you do not like it.

Does it only reboot on the helix feature? If so, you might need to do a repair on the install.

Insert
Curve
Helix/Spiral
Wait a Moment
SW Shuts OFF,
Screen Shows Up That Says"SW has exited due to an error."

Yeah, you definitely have a problem there. Try repairing the install. If that doesn't work, I'd try doing a clean install.
