An article in the May 2004 issue of Structural Engineer magazine, "Soils don't always cooperate", by Jonathan H. Smithe, PE, page 32-33, gives a short case study on the use of 25 ton capacity micropiles. Not a lot of actual design info. but, a good general introduction for those interested.
