HEC-RAS Culvert Help

I put a culvert in where a road overtops a channel and it shows up very funky in the plan view. has anyone experienced this? How do I fix it? See the attached pic for a visual.

Check your coding. Are all the XSEC left to right looking downstream? My guess its a data entry issue.
