HEC HMS Precipatation problems

Hi Guys,
Quick question with regards to changing the precipitation value in HEC HMS.
I have a model set up and running. I want to keep increase the rainfall in the watershed by 25mm. What parameters do I need to change to do this.
Only started to use HEC yesterday and couldn't find a answer to this in the User Manual.
