HEC-HMS & 256 Shape Factor

My client specifically asked me to use the 256 shape factor and there is a corresponding dimensionless unit hydrograph in the county's tech manual.

Can anybody tell me how I can use this dimensionless unit hydrograph in Hec-HMS?
