I have used HEC-HMS in the past and just downloaded the latest version.
I got my entire model in. The problem is the control specifications will not save. I have entered start dates and times. There is no "apply" or "ok" to hit after entering this data.
If I click on something else in the program it will sometimes prompt me whether I would like to save changes to the control or not. If i hit yes it does not save and if i hit know it does not save.
Is this a bug or am i overlooking something. I assume it is not a bug since you can not perform any runs without a control spec.
Any help is appreciated.
