I am trying to look at correlations between CO combustible gas sensor readings and other combustibles as mentioned in the title. Does anyone know where online I may be able to find the heats of combustion of various mercaptans and CO and H2?

Hi there:

Here is a URL that has two HMTL calculators dealing with stoichometric combustion for coal, oil and gas fuels:

For H2, use the coal/oil combustion calculator and change the fuel composition so that H2 is the only specie present.

For CO, use the gas combustion calculator and change the fuel composition so that CO is the only specie present.

Thanks,

Hi there:

It is me again.

Here are tow plots that might be helpful when dealing with the HHV and calculating either the flame temperature and heat of combustion.
