I need eletrical resistance device for heat treating on piping welding of 1" and temperature of 750°C. Do you have any address ?

do you need a manufacturer of the equipment or heat treat contractor?

Cooperheat (now part of MQS) or Stress Analytics are two contractors i am aware off the top of my head.

both based in the US

manufacturer of the equipment

unclesyd,
I don(t see any equipment that match my need.
I still need help !

Give either company a direct call as both have equipment that should easily go that high. We have worked at 1850°F several times.
If by chance they can't fill the need I'll look around for a maker of clam shell heaters that could be used.

Yes, an induction heating setup may be worth investigating for heat treating at this temperature. The Ameritherm folks sell a good power supply if that's all you need. If you want an entire custom-built induction heating system, try They take Ameritherm products and add all the fixturing.

Watlow provides resistance heaters, as do several others.
