Heat transfer fluid for 300C~330C, Low volatility / low flam.

I'm evaluating replacement of a heat transfer fluid which is flammable to a lower flammable heat transfer fluid. So far the best option i've located is therminol 66, i'd like a non-flammable transfer fluid which does not degrade with time. (The useage is inside a building). (Syltherm would not be suitable).

any recommendations ? (or selection guides for heat transfer fluids

Any of the heat transfer oils you use will be combustible rather than flammable. And why isn't Syltherm an option? It would seem othewise to meet your needs well.

Syltherm is flammable and high vapour pressure at the temps we are using it.. so it carrys a risk..

Have you looked at using a pure PAO synthetic oil base?
You can get flash points above 300C.

Depending on the duty and complexity of the system, I've seen electrical heaters been successfully used in lube and wax producing plants, instead of thermal oils.
