Please help me to solve the below Problem

A FRP Enclosure-A(Outer enclosure) is mounted on a pole(Outdoor),and another FRP Enclosure-B (Inner enclosure) contains the Electronics parts placed inside the Outer enclosure, electronics parts in the inner enclosure dissipates 4 Watts and Outer enclosure is exposed to the continuous solar loading,
So What will be the total temperature trapped inside the inner enclosure-B?
Outer Enclosure-A -360mmx240mmx390mm and thickness is 3.3mm
Inner Enclosure-B -300mmx180mmx300mm and thickness is 3.3mm
Considering the white colour finish for outer enclosure-B
and 40C ambient temperature.
