I am trying to design a kettle reboiler for an amine regenerator. What is the best way to calculate the tube side heat transfer coefficient if I have 50psig saturated steam going into the tubes which completely condenses?

I'd use the plots by Dukler. It's Fig. 10-10 in my 6th Ed. of Perry's.
