Heat Transfer Coefficient for Cooling Solder

I'm doing some testing on Pb-Sn 50-50 Solder. When the solder was cooled from 360C to 60C, my data showed a wide range of combined heat transfer coefficients. Should this value remain constant throughout cooling?
