Hello there, I am looking to get confirmation and or guidance on my heat sink calculations.
I have a heat sink with a base of 3.3 in. x 2.66 in.
I have two fins coming off of the heat sink with a width .2 in x 2.66 in long x 1 in tall or off base.
The heat transfer rate of the base will see 100 watts from continuous mid load usage.
I am attaching the sheet onto this post for anyone to review them and see if my calculations have been correct.
I am looking to get a proper qcond from the tip of the fin and qconv from the surface of the fins. See sheet2 and sheet3 for
said calculations.

Thanks,
D
