heat sealing of plastic

I am looking for a supplier of heat sealing controls & heating ribbon preferably in Australia. I need to: from a roll of tubular plastic, insert the contents and then seal (close) both ends. The plastic is a LDPE; will be two layers 30micron each to stick together shut. Has anyone done this before? At what temperature, pressure and time clamped do I need to apply to acheive a good seal? What level of devices and controls do I need?
