I am looking for a chart or calculation for the temperature increase of oil movement (creating a heat sourse from presure oil movememnt) I want to capture the heat for other usage how much heat can I produce (degrees)(btu)

I believe that you should be able to calculate the energy released providing you know the pressure drop and flow rate. Make sure you take head pressure into account.

pressure drop - head pressure = pressure loss due to friction

psi x gpm
HP = ---------
1714

kPa x lpm
kW = ----------
60,000

Another way...

Delta T(Degrees C) = 5.7 x Delta P(BAR)
-----------------
100

Delta T(Degrees F) = 7 x Delta P(PSI)
-----------------
1000

Example...

A relief valve opening at 200 BAR gauge pressure and venting into an open tank at zero gauge pressure. The low pressure oil would be 11.4 degress (C) warmer than the high pressure oil.

Another way is to figure the HP input and take that times 2,545 BTU/Hour.
