Heat Exchanger Carbon Steel Tubes for DIV 2 application

Dears.
For Div 2 application what Carbon Steel Specification is to be used for Heat Exchanger Seamless Tubes.
I observed that Sec II D Table 1A lists SA 179 & SA 192 for Div 1 application, where as Table 5A does not list these for Div 2. What are the reasons and recommendations?
