HDPE tank tie-down

Have HDPE tanks (indoor - 6 to 10000 gallons) that require cable/strap tie downs to concrete anchorage. Do not see any special magic to design the cinch anchors and cable, but others may have tips or words of warning. Comments will be appreciated.
 
My first thought would be to contact the manufacturer to see if they had any typical details.
