Hi All,

I have very little experience when it comes to my current problem. I am designing a bracket for a chemical cabinet. My client has specified that all materials used are either 304 SS or Haylar. Also, all surfaces exposed in the cabinets interior must be haylar....

Now to my question. I want to design this bracket out of SS Sheet, and have it coated with Haylar. I am, however unfamiliar with this process. I have done a search on google read a little bit about plastic coating of metals, but I'm still not sure how to approach the problem. Does anyone have any knowledge of this process (coating stanless with chemical resistant plastic). If so, would you share some insight with me (can what i am proposing be done affordably) (what is good and bad about this process) (any potholes that i should look out for).

Thanks,

Wes C.
