This may not be the correct forum, but it affects many plastics and components suppliers, so here goes. I believe a hearing was to be conducted March 26 on the proposed 2013 amendments to Cal TB117 Flammability standard.
Has anyone heard anything regarding the outcome or possible implementation date? There is nothing that I can find on BHFTI's website. Their intent to adopt statement has no document date.
Any news would be welcomed.
It is better to have enough ideas for some of them to be wrong, than to be always right by having no ideas at all.
