Hi everybody

someone can explain me the hart smith 10% rule?
I have to do a preliminary sizing and weight extimation of a composite fabric.
I have been looking the paper:

L. J. Hart-Smith, “The Ten-Percent Rule for Preliminary Sizing of Fibrous Composite

but I haven't found where I can purchase it.

Thanks

Regards

go to scholar.google.com and type into the search box:

L. J. Hart-Smith, "The Ten-Percent Rule for Preliminary Sizing of Fibrous Composite"

that and a follow up paper are listed

you can purchase it at Society of Allied Weight Engineers, Inc. [sawe-store@sawe.org].
Search for the paper in publications and purchase it online.
