Hardware search: Lever action caster

I'm looking for some casters that will lift a heavy piece of machinery off the ground momentarily to roll into a different location. I'm picturing a foot pedal, while using the wheel as a fulcrum to tilt each side of the machinery off the ground a very small amount. Similar to some of the bases sold to transport wood working machinery. I've searched all over industrial supply websites to no success. Can anyone recommend a website or specific product? All I have found so far is patents.

Long answer:
Office supply stores sell 'desk lifters', that pick up a loaded desk and allow you to move it on casters and set it down. I can't recall seeing anything intended for larger loads than that, but you didn't tell us how heavy your load is.

Short answer:
Call a rigger.
When the crew shows up, bet them a couple hundred bucks that they can't do the job more quickly than the boss said they could. They will win the bet.
