hardcopy drawing to solidworks drawing

Hi everyone, new to this forum. I have a question: is there any reliable way to pull drawings from a set of hard copy plans into solidworks via scanning? For example, I'd like to take a rib profile for a UAV and put it in a solidworks sketch directly, without having to compute all the arcs, etc... Any suggestions? My latest solidworks is 2009, professional. Thanks in advance.
