Does anybody know a tool or a software to design a hall-effect sensor (A132X family from Allegro MicroSystems) based circuit in order to measure magnetic flux leakage?
i recently used this or similar hall sensor... I just used the circuit shown as example in their data sheet. What is wrong with that? Why do you feel you need some tool or software product to make a hall sensor work when the data sheet shows how to hook it up and use it?
Second, that device has THREE pins: +5Vdc, common, and output.
Third, voltage output is proportional to the applied magnetic field. The A132X family has a quiescent output voltage that is 50% of the supply voltage and output sensitivity options of 2.5 mV/G, 3.125 mV/G, and 5m V/G.
So Fourth, measure the output voltage and you have measured the magnetic flux.
Exactly WHAT do you need to design?? I don't see how a hall could be more plug and play and require ZERO design?
