H1 comunication between s5 and s7

Hi, i have a problem. I need link s5 115cpu928b via cp1430 with s7-300 via cp343-1.
I use s5 (fb 245,fb 244 to send and recive) and s7 (fc5 and fc6). In s5 every looks OK, cp status is OK (connection establish, send all activ, recive all activ, no error). From s7 side look OK to, but i have no transfer DB from s5->s7 and s7->s5.

what i do bad?
can anybody help mi.
