Guide to use basic radar altimetry tool software

I am in the middle of processing satellite altimetry data on coastal area. I am using the basic radar altimetry tool software, processing data from Jason2 satellite. I need to produce marine gravity anomaly . Thus, I need to know the formulas and the correction involve in this process.
