Has anyone obtained this new publication by AASHTO? I'm wondering how much info is really in it. I deal with steel plate girders a lot so I'm trying to see if the cost is justified or not.

Thanks for the T-5 notes. It's sort of based on ASCE-7. FHWA has a manual for stability during construction, which also has a basis in ASCE 7.
