Ground bearing pressures with two-way eccentric loading

I have a very old chart for determining the ground pressures underneath a rectangular concrete base where the loading on the base is eccentric in both the X and Y dimensions. There are four cases:
1. where the whole of he base is in compression
2. where a corner of the base is in 'tension'
3. where two corners of the base are in 'tension'
4. where three corners of the base are in 'tension'

the chart is exceedingly old (1974), from a copy of a copy of a copy from an unknown source. I was wondering whether there is a referencable recent version of the chart, or even better, if there are a set of equations that could be applied to be able to replicate the graph?
