I am interested in taking a training on "Grid Impact Studies". Is there a training to perform these studies by using ETAP or PSS/E for example?
Do you recommend a certain class so I can do studies for NERC, PJM, ISO-NE?

I think they are talking about interconnection studies for distributed generation projects.

Go get student versions of PSS/E and Powerworld. They will have bus limits but you can do very simple studies with them.
